The Embassy of Algeria in Washington, DC is currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Driver. This position is crucial to supporting the Embassy's operations and ensuring the efficient transportation of Embassy staff and officials.

Position: Driver

Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the following:

Professional and secure transportation service for senior staff, officials, and visitors.
Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
Assist with embassy-related errands and tasks as needed.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with embassy personnel regarding transportation needs.
Working patterns: Some driving duties may require the driver to make early start or late finish so there will be the option of flexible start/finish times to accommodate this.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
Green Card holder/U.S. citizenship or possess a valid work permit with at least 3 years of remaining validity.
Clean driving record.
Knowledge of Washington, DC metropolitan area roads and traffic patterns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Punctual, reliable.

Salary: $22.00 USD per hour.
