Dear travelers, whether you are arriving in or departing from the national territory by land, sea, or air, this message is for you.

To ease your passage, Algerian customs provide you with remote access digital services, on the electronic portal of the new Algerian customs electronic system (ALCES) :

• Declare your currency and valuable items: https://douane.gov.dz/IMG/pdf/depliant_se_monnaie_2025_ang.pdf

• Obtain a customs pass (TPD) for your vehicle when crossing land or sea borders : https://douane.gov.dz/IMG/pdf/03_depliant_se_tpd_2025_ang.pdf

• Other services are available on the electronic portal of the new Algerian customs electronic system (ALCES) : https://douane.gov.dz/IMG/pdf/depliant_se_effets_2025_ang.pdf

• To access these services, please create an electronic account by visiting the following address:  https://alces.douane.gov.dz.

Once your registration is complete and your electronic account is set up, you will be able to declare your currency and valuable items, as well as obtain the customs pass (TPD) for your vehicle remotely, from home or any other location.

Algerian customs have launched these digital services for travelers as part of the new information system (ALCES), in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the start of the glorious National Liberation Revolution.
