Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a legal document through which an Algerian citizen authorizes another person (procurator) to act on their behalf in Algeria in personal, administrative, or business matters. The document clearly defines and limits the authority granted to the appointed representative.
This document may be issued by the Embassy of Algeria in Washington, D.C., or by our Consulate General in New York or San Francisco, depending on the applicant's place of residence within the relevant consular jurisdiction.
This service is provided exclusively to Algerian citizens, and the document is intended for use in Algeria.
