In an effort to strengthen the connection between the Algerian community members and their homeland, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE has issued an executive decree to expand voluntary affiliation to the National Pension System for Algerian nationals residing in Gulf countries, the Maghreb, Europe, and the Americas. This initiative aims to provide numerous benefits, including health insurance and retirement provisions.

To be eligible for voluntary pension system enrollment, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Hold Algerian citizenship.

2. Be registered with an Algerian diplomatic or consular representation.

3. Be below 55 years of age when submitting your retirement application.

4. Engage in a salaried or self-employed vocational activity.

5. Not be obligated to join the mandatory National Social Security System.
