Announcement — Activity in Honor of Outstanding Students from the Algerian Community Abroad
On the occasion of the 64th anniversary of Independence and Youth Day, the Embassy of Algeria in Washington, D.C., in coordination with the Ministry of Moudjahidine and Rights Holders, is pleased to inform the Algerian community that preparations are underway to organize an activity in Algeria in honor of outstanding students from the Algerian community abroad who have distinguished themselves throughout their academic and/or university studies.
This initiative aims to recognize and reward academic excellence, in appreciation of the efforts demonstrated by our students abroad, while reinforcing their connection to their national identity and homeland. This program primarily targets high school students preparing for the Baccalaureate, as well as university students who have achieved outstanding academic results.
Accordingly, the Embassy invites eligible students to submit their applications at their earliest convenience via email to: excellence@algerianembassy.org
Required supporting documents:
- Academic transcripts for the current school and/or university year
- Certificates or documents attesting to academic distinction or excellence
All submitted applications must strictly meet the criterion of "academic excellence," which constitutes an essential condition for eligibility. Incomplete applications or those that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Please note that the review of applications and the final selection of candidates will be carried out by the competent central authorities, based on academic merit and in accordance with the principle of equitable geographical representation.
