The ceremony began with the raising of the national flag, followed by the recitation of Al-Fatiha in memory of the Martyrs, in an atmosphere of pride and solemnity.

On this occasion, Ambassador Boukadoum recalled the immense sacrifices made by the Algerian people in their struggle for freedom and independence, highlighting the pivotal role of the National Liberation Army, as well as the diplomatic and political efforts that culminated in the full restoration of national sovereignty.

Ambassador Boukadoum also emphasized the importance of strengthening solidarity and national unity among all segments of Algerian society today, as a fundamental pillar for addressing current challenges, consolidating the sovereignty of the state, and preserving the independence of its decision-making.
